Pocket full of posey. Ashes, ashes, we all fall down. Something like that. I’m 98% sure I’m forgetting a part of that. A childhood rhyme that was popular when I was a kid.
Looked it up and apparently that is all there is to it. Seems like I remember being more…well, anything. Of course back then we stood in a circle, holding hands, and went around in circles and then…well, fell down. The things that amuse children. And the things that amuse adults, because apparently that little nursery rhyme originated in the late 1800s, but that it is possible there was already some version in the late 1700s. Not to mention that there is a horror movie by the same name. Yes, at some point I will probably be looking that up.
For now, I’m just going to leave these here. More flowers from my friends garden. Have a beautiful day and tomorrow.
