The last of the deer I encountered before heading home. Two different beans on a trail hiding from most to see. I didn’t actually realize they were two separate deer at first. The bigger one had moved to more hidden ground as I rounded the corner, but there this one was just staring at me.
The deer found me fascinating this trip around. Probably to make sure that I did not tread any closer to them than what I was. I’m surprised they did not scurry off right away. I guess there is a difference between a girl with a camera and a hunter with a rifle.
Whatever there reason for not running away, I am grateful. It was a moment that I needed. For whatever reason. I’m guessing anyway or I just caught them in a good mood.
Have a beautiful day and tomorrow.
