It was a rainy, rainy morning when I took these. I was hunkered under my umbrella protecting my ever-so-refuse-to-get-rid of Sony. I know..I know. Why bother? Let me just say that of course it wasn’t raining that hard when I started this walk. Isn’t that always the way it goes?
I had actually decided the day before that I wanted this shot. The day before when it was sunnier and dry. I don’t remember exactly why I didn’t take the picture at the time. It was almost dark and there were a lot of people, but still. I just remember thinking that I could just hit it before heading home on Sunday. Yeah…that’s what I get.
These aren’t the exact shots that I had planned, but I think they are better. Long live rainy days.
Have a beautiful day and tomorrow.
